I am 23 years old, and for 2 years I served as a missionary in Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca, Mexico. I was saved July 27, 1991, and God called me to be a missionary several years ago. He gave me a heart for reaching the Spanish speaking people, and gave me several opportunities to minister with them while living in Wilmington, NC. Four years ago, I was able to go to Matamoros, Mexico to teach English and character in a small Christian school, and then three years ago, I attended a missionary training school in Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca. While there, God began to speak to me about going to the un-reached people groups of the world, and so in 2005-22007 I worked with Global Frontier Missions (click here for their website) as a church planter in the villages surrounding the town where I lived. I am currently living in Decatur, AL where I work as a medical translator at Decatur General Hospital at night and at a medical clinic during the daytime. I also help with two Hispanic churches in Decatur. I married Lina Maria Caicedo on April 4, 2009.  I am saving and preparing to go continue my education, and then we will return to the mission field as soon as possible. Please pray that God would continue to open doors and make His will clear to us as we seek to follow Him together.
